UG to Network

This section covers when and how Underground (UG) Staff should contact Network Staff for disciplinary actions that require Network-level intervention.

Purpose

The Underground-to-Network process is used when an incident occurs within the Underground server that warrants action across the entire PGN Network, such as a permanent ban or removal from all PGN Discord servers.

Contact Channel

The designated channel for underground to network requests is in the main PGN Network Discord server:

When to Forward to Network

Cases should only be forwarded to Network Staff if you believe the severity warrants actions like:

• A permanent ban from PGN as a whole.
• A kick/ban from all PGN-affiliated Discord servers.

Examples of reasons that typically justify forwarding include (but are not limited to):

• Severe Racism
• Extreme/Persistent Trolling across PGN services
• Homophobia/Transphobia or other hate speech
• Modding/Cheating
• Compromised Discord accounts being used maliciously
• Other egregious violations of Network-wide rules

Required Format

When submitting a case in #🚆| Underground-To-Network, you MUST use the following format:

Discord: [User's Discord Tag/ID]
UID: [User's Discord ID]
Reason: [Explanation of the incident and why Network action is requested]
DA: [Recommended Network DA - Optional, but helpful]

Ensure you provide comprehensive evidence (video, screenshots) in a thread under your request, following the same evidence guidelines as regular DA logging (upload actual files).
