Logging Staff Hours
This section explains how to log your on-duty staff hours using the in-game command and the activity form.
Clocking In/Out In-Game
- When you are ready to start your staffing session, go in-game and use the chat command:
/staffduty.
- This command automatically clocks you in and starts tracking your time.
- When you finish your session, either:
- Use the
/staffduty command again, OR
- Simply quit the game.
- Upon clocking out (either method), the system will display a message indicating how long you were on duty for that session. Make note of this duration.
Submitting Hours via Form
- Take the total time you were on duty (from the message shown when clocking out).
- Locate the Staff Activity Form. The link for this form can be found in the
#staff-info channel in the Staff Discord.
- Fill out the form accurately with the required information, including the duration you were on duty.
- Once submitted, your logged hours will be automatically processed and reflected on the official staff roster.
Regularly logging your hours is important for tracking staff activity and contributions.
